ABOUT

I'm Morgan Unroe, an Austin-based designer specializing in branding, packaging, and visual identity.

For over seven years, I've partnered with brands spanning food and beverage, beauty, retail, and lifestyle; building identities that are thoughtful, distinctive, and designed to endure. My work ranges from packaging and visual identity systems to campaigns and art direction, always balancing strategic thinking with refined craft.

Currently, I lead design at Bakery Agency, where I oversee projects from early strategy through launch, partnering closely with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to create thoughtful, commercially effective work. Alongside leading large-scale brand initiatives, I mentor designers and help shape creative processes that support thoughtful, ambitious work.

I believe the strongest brands tell honest stories, evoke emotion, and become part of people's everyday lives. Whether developing a heritage beer brand, reimagining a beauty line, or building a visual system from the ground up, my goal remains the same: create work that is memorable, intentional, and built to last.

When I'm not designing, you can usually find me strolling the neighborhood with my dogs Ozzy and Hendrix, climbing rocks or working from a nearby coffee shop.
